Steroids used in Olympics

Olympics-Steroids

Olympic Games are a great platform for amateur athletes to perform for their nations. These games foster the brotherhood between various countries. But there have been many reports about doing in Olympics. Many steroids are being used by athletes to enhance their performances. This has brought a shame to these games.

Anavar and anadrol are such steroids that are very popular in Olympics. However, the consumption of anavar and anadrol should be kept in limits. Every athlete is different and hence their consumption of these steroids differs. A dosage of about 0.5 – 0.8 mg/pound/day is the average of the consumption by the athletes. It is very harmful to increase the dosage of steroids than this. Three tablets per day are the maximum that an athlete should take. For a beginner it is advised to not exceed more than one. Dosage can be increased gradually but not rapidly. Athletes that train with heavy weights need more of these. The maximum limit is for such people only. Injection of testosterone or any such steroid is also very common in these games.

This was about the dosage of steroids, but it should not be forgotten that the doping tests are conducted before any such event. If you are caught, it brings shame to you and shame to your nation. So it is better to compete without them and compete in a healthy manner. Cheating your way to success is no win. Play fair and don’t try these steroids.
