Excessive Sweating is Not a Common Factor and thus should be avoided
Sweating is something which everyone experiences every day and every moment. And it is considered to be as a common factor. But the factor which is not common is excessive sweating. The excessive sweating may occur due to number of factors. There are about thousands of people who experience the problem of excessive smoking.

The excessive sweating can occur in armpits, palms, feet or underarms and may be on the face as well. Excessive sweating not only irritates the one who faces this problem but also to those who are around him or her. The prolonged sweating can also reduce the water content in your body which may lead to the happiness and laziness.
The sweating result because of the secretions made by the myoepithelial cells which actually squeeze the merocrine glands and thus the secretion stored over them is released. Basically the sweat is made up of ninety nine percent of water blended with the salt or sodium chloride, number of waste materials and metabolites. Although it’s good that all these waste material move out of the body because of sweating but still people prefer to move them out in some other way.
The main reason behind the excessive sweating is the consumption of drinks containing alcohol, caffeine and spices. These three things are the stimulants and they can severely affect the nervous system which then results in such type of sweating which is termed as excessive sweating. All the three ingredients are known as best sweating agent. In order to avoid excessive sweating, one should avoid taking the food which chiefly consists of these three ingredients.
