• Follow a precise pattern of sleeping and avoid using medications to induce sleep. Don’t take heavy meals right before sleeping and try sleeping on the sides.

Consulting a doctor would be the best thing when one is suffering from acute snoring. Follow the advice given to get rid of the malady altogether.
