For weight loss one must go with weight diet. A diet may be advised to you by a professional while you are in a program for weight loss. But sticking to it will really be very difficult as every one wants to eat pizzas or burgers. So follow that chart for diet 6 days a week and keep just one day for you. On that day eat what you want but always be in limits.

And if you can stick to that chart, it will really be very great. But if you don’t want to stick to that and want one day, then it will not create any problem at all.
Whenever we are in weight loss program it is advised not to take any sweets. A balanced diet full of nutrients is advised.
Tinned tuna, sardines and salmons are really good for this. Add salad to your diet also. Eat fats but those fats that are healthy and good for you. You do not have to stop taking fats but simply go for healthy fats. As we all know that fats increases weight thus healthy fats are always preferred.
